Refund & Exchange Policy

At our practice, all services and products are prepared with intention, time, and energetic commitment. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

1. Spiritual Services

All payments made for tarot & oracle reading or ritual services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the service has been completed.

Due to the nature of Energies :

  • Results may vary from person to person
  • Reading services are provided as guidance and support, not absolute predictions

Once a session & rituals has been delivered or a ritual has begun, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling (For Readings Only)

If you are unable to attend your scheduled reading:

  • You may request a one-time reschedule with at least 24 hours notice
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited

3. Physical Products (e.g. Spell Oils)

For hygiene and energetic integrity reasons:

  • All products sold are non-refundable.

Exchanges will only be considered if:

  • If the item arrives damaged. You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photo proof

If approved, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Order Accuracy & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate personal details (e.g. name, date of birth where required)
  • Correct delivery information

We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.

5. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
